Shipping costs

  • Small articles
    Stickers, small markers, etc.: when the format and weight allow, they can be shipped in lightweight mail, sometimes without tracking, which allows us to offer reduced costs or free delivery.
  • Standard package (1 to 3 items)
    Mugs, tumblers, or small gifts of similar size. Flat rate: $14.99 across Canada.
  • Large parcels (4 or more items or large boxes)
    For heavier or larger orders, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on actual Canada Post rates, depending on weight, dimensions and destination.

Carrier

  • All shipments are made via Canada Post . A tracking number is provided when the service used allows it (standard parcels and large parcels).

How are the fees for large parcels calculated?

  • For large packages, Shopify bases itself directly on Canada Post rates (weight, dimensions, distance, sometimes "cubicity" of the package), which allows it to reflect the actual cost to each region of Canada.

Parcel delays and problems
