How long will it take to produce my order?

Production :

  • 3-5 working days after approval of the digital draft.

Delivery times and shipping:

  • 2-8 days (without tracking) or 1-8 days (expedited parcel).

Can I have my design changed after I've approved it?

No, once you approve the digital draft, production begins immediately. Allow time for adjustments before final approval.

How many revisions can be made to the digital draft?

Unlimited! You can request as many changes as you like (moving photos, text size, colors, etc.) until you are satisfied.

What is the exact delivery time?

Expedited parcel (with tracking):
• Local: 1-2 days
• Regional: 1-4 days
• National: 2-8 days

Without tracking (free): 2-8 days depending on the region

How does the digital preview work?

After payment, we create a digital draft and a 360° video of the mockup. You receive everything by email for approval before printing. You can request revisions until you are satisfied.

Can I order in large quantities?

Yes! For bulk orders, we can offer customized pricing.

Is there a guarantee if I am not satisfied?

Yes! We are committed to the quality of our products and our work. However, since each order is fully customized and approved by you before printing, the guarantee covers :

  • Manufacturing or printing defects – Poorly printed colors, sublimation defects, damaged product
  • Our team's mistakes – If we printed something different from what you approved
  • Damage during delivery – If the product arrives damaged

The warranty DOES NOT cover:

  • The results are based on the quality of the photos provided (blurry photos, poorly framed photos, low resolution)
  • The products that exactly match the draft you approved in writing
  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen display vs. actual print (as mentioned in the description).
  • Requests for cancellation after approval of the draft

    Time limit: 30 days following delivery to report a problem.

Can I use any photo for personalization?

Yes! You can use any photo (family, children, animals, landscapes, etc.). We recommend high-resolution photos (300 dpi) for best results.

Do you deliver outside of Canada?

Currently, we ship throughout Canada via Canada Post. For international deliveries, please contact us.

Can I add a personalized message to my product?

Absolutely! You can add names, messages, dates, quotes, etc. Specify your wishes during the personalization process.
