  • Low-cost, economical delivery, with or without tracking depending on the option chosen at checkout.

  • Typical production times: approximately 2 to 4 working days depending on the product.

How it works

  1. Choose your product
    Select the gift you like (mug, tumbler, light-up frame, etc.) and fill in the personalization fields (names, date, text, instructions).

  2. Sending your photos and creating the mock-up
    For products with a photo, you send us your images after placing your order. We prepare a digital draft and send it to you by email for approval when applicable to that product.

  3. Validation and production
    You approve the design or request an adjustment. Once approved, we customize your product in our workshop in Amos.

  4. Shipping or pickup
    Your order is carefully packaged and then shipped according to the chosen delivery method or available for pickup in Amos, Quebec.
